I became a licensed Realtor on 1972.  Graduated from Gonzaga University in 1976 with degrees in both Finance and Marketing.  Became a full time Realtor in 1976.  In 1978 became a Broker and managed Spokane's largest Real Estate Compay until 1990.  During that time I also was the company Relocation Director and earned honors as a Spokane top 10 agent for 8 years.  In 1991 I became a Certified Appraiser and began Spokane Certified Appraisal, Inc.
